The Guesser (Level 1)

Accidental success. No repeatable process, so wins feel random because they are, and growth depends entirely on heroic individual effort.

The Guesser is the first of the Five Levels of Growth Maturity: a stage where growth happens, but nobody can explain why. There’s no repeatable process, no documentation, no transferable playbook, just a handful of heroic individuals who happen to be good at their jobs.

The problem isn’t a lack of results. It’s that the results aren’t durable. Lose the hero, lose the pipeline, the client relationships, and all the unwritten process that lived in their head.
